Custom-Made Clothing & Team Kit
At Champion System, all team kit and custom clothing orders are produced to order using bespoke designs created specifically for each team, club, or organisation. As each garment is individually manufactured and personalised for the customer, we do not hold general stock of these products.
For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for items that are unwanted, incorrectly ordered, or no longer required.
Before placing an order, customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct size, style, and product options. To help customers make informed decisions, we offer support with sizing and, where available, a sample service that allows customers to try on garments before committing to an order. Please contact us before your team store opening if you would like to arrange sample garments.
Faulty or Defective Items
We take great care in producing high-quality garments. If an item arrives with a manufacturing fault or defect, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue and supporting photographs where appropriate.
Approved manufacturing faults will be reviewed and resolved in line with our product warranty. This may include repair, replacement, or another appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Orders
As products are made specifically to order, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect size selections or ordering errors made by the customer. Please check all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
If you believe there has been an error on our behalf, please contact us and we will investigate.
Personalised & Bespoke Products
Any garments featuring bespoke designs, team branding, logos, names, numbers, or other personalised details are considered custom-made products and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that products are made specifically for them and agree to these terms.
